Digital Phone: Welcome to the technological world of Voice over IP. Digital voice allows you to make and receive calls through your broadband internet connection using a standard touch tone phone. Your digital phone service works with any touchtone, corded or cordless telephone. The phone adapter converts your phone calls to data that is sent through your high-speed internet connection.

 

High Speed Internet: Easy to install and easy to use. Enjoy a direct line from your computer to the internet. Provides consistent speeds for gaming, sending large files over email and downloading data. Always fast, reliable and a great value.

 

Cable TV: State of the art equipment delivers digital quality television and audio surpassed by other satellite providers. Pick a movie, sporting event, concert....with our many channels of Pay-Per-View there is always something exciting to watch. Ordering digital entertainment is a snap. Browse, then pick. It's all done with your remote control. High definition and digital video recording are also available at some sites.

  1. What services are available? American Warrior Networks offers Cable TV, High Speed Internet, and Digital Phone. Select the location to learn more about the services offered at your site.

  1. How do I sign up for service? On the Home page, select the military base where you want service. Click on the link for full description and pricing for the available services. After making your service selections, you will fill out your contact information and submit your request. You will receive a message confirming your service selection. A representative will contact you.

  1. Is a deposit required? No deposit is required to sign up for service.

  1. How do I get equipment? The on-site personnel will contact you when your service has been activated. You can pick up the equipment at the on-site office or schedule an appointment for the technician to install the equipment.

  1. If I have a problem with my services, who do I notify? When you sign up for service you will be given a number that you can call 24/7 to report a technical problem.

  1. Is there a local office that I can visit for help? In addition to the 24/7 toll free technical service number most locations have on-site offices. When you select the location where you want service an on-site office address and phone number will be displayed.

  1. Can I look at my invoice on-line? Yes, invoice viewing on-line is available. Select View Invoices in the Navigation box. You will need your username and password.

  1. What payment methods are available? The most convenient method of paying your bill is through Automatic Bill Pay. Set it up one time and the payment is automatically deducted each month from your credit card or checking account. You also have the option to pay over the phone by calling the toll free customer service number or make a payment on-line using a VISA, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit card. Many locations have on-site offices that will accept cash, check and money orders also.

  1. Is there a charge when I close my account? There is no charge to close your account. Your leased equipment should be returned to the on-site office at that time or you will be charged a non-returned equipment fee.

  1. I have more questions, how do I contact you? On the Home page, select Contact Us from the Navigation box. You can send us an email with your phone number and a representative from your area will call you.
